La Resse is a continuous estate covering an area comparable to around one hundred and twenty football fields. It offers a wide diversity of natural environments and geographical features, including different types of forest vegetation and grasslands. Several streams rise on the land and flow into the river Arn, which forms the boundary of the property over a distance of approximately fifteen hundred metres.
The estate is located near the village of Anglès (81260) in the Tarn department. It lies just south of the village along the D52 road, at the point where the D52 crosses the river Arn. The nearest towns are Mazamet and Castres. Carcassonne airport is about ninety minutes away by car. The airports of Toulouse and Montpellier are approximately two hours away by car, or about three hours by public transport to Brassac or Saint Pons de Thomières, neighbouring municipalities of Anglès.
